Site Instructions:
To request information for a fan, you will need to identify the model number and serial number of the fan. The fan model number and serial number are located on the product tag.
Your serial tag will look like this:
Select the model of fan from the "Table of Contents" menu and select parts required. To select a part, click on the part name; click on "Add" button.
After the parts have been selected, review the Parts Request Form for correctness of parts and quantities.
Submit request for parts by completing the Send Request form. Click on "Send to Imexsa Corp." button.
You will receive a confirmation via E-mail advising you that we have received your request and approximate response time. Upon notification, you will receive part number and availability.
